Lunch at the wayside diner

If, like me, you’ve been intimidated by the thought of having a meal in one of the little wayside eateries out in the countryside,  try a bacon cheeseburger at this place, or an egg salad on white with fresh tomato.  Then talk to the people around you and you’ll be hooked.   An added note: sometimes a cell phone camera is all you need.

I  went to our Irish festival on Sunday hoping to get some good street shots, but along the way I was asked to take some photos of this lovely Keltic Kudzu group from Atlanta…(who are pretty great and have amazing fiddlers!)

The anthropologist in me believes that music is in the heart of us all and almost as necessary for our spirit as the air we breathe.
